Fluid in a closed loop

Good day,
In my rpoject, there is a rectangular solid which can change temperature with time, I want to add a closed-loop fluid which can flow around the rectangular solid to make heat exchange. The water is circulating along one direction, so I don't know how to set inlet or outflow and how to make the fluid flow along one direction. Thanks.

How would the follow be realized in practice? That is how you'll model it. Somewhere an inlet and an outlet.
