error - piezoresistive pressure sensor using carbon nano tube

i am doing a simple piezoresistive pressure sensor using single walled carbon nanotube. A pressure of 10^9 N/m^2 is applied and failed to get a displacement. Error :-

Failed to find a solution.
In Segregated Step 1:
The relative residual (1.7e+002) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.

I am attaching the file along with this. kindly help me to solve this issue.
