SIMULATION ERRORIN 0 D REACTION

I am facing a problem in file attached, error occurs ,, here chemical reaction is simulated in which :
A ; Carbon monoxide gas
B ; negative oxide ions of tinoxide surface
C ; Carbon Dioxide gas
D ; free electron
My aim is to observe change in conductivity with variation in carbon monoxide concentration , on interaction of surface reaction of carbon monoxide with tinoxide surface.
CO(g) + O- => CO2 + electron
all reaction kinetics parameters are entered in file.
