THz polarizer

I am interested in simulating a polarizer operating in the terahertz frequency range (from 100 GHz to 10 THz) with COMSOL.
The structure is composed by a dielectric layer on which metal cylindrical or rectangular wires are deposited .
The wires will have both periodic and irregular separation .
Can I simulate this structure with COMSOL?
I had a look to the Material Library and I found that basic material properties are defined in the optical frequency range.
Is there any library in which THz material are defined?
