Super simple geometry- self intersection when meshing 5.2.a

Super simple geometry created using sweep-command
The mesh wont work - self intersection!
I really don't understand how I should create this geometry, is there something I don not understand when it comes to the sweep-command?

Because the way you set up your geometry is self intersecting. Please see the attached file with my geometry sequence.

Extrude and Revolve works fine, I understand that Sweep is not suitable for this.
