Error in elPlastic element

Hi,
I am getting this error while solving for plasticity model in Linear Elastic Material Model. I went through previous discussions on same topic, but improving suggested things wont help me to avoid this error. whether anyone is having idea why this error is coming?

"Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity.
Time : 0.004273329786518586
Segregated Step 1
Error in elPlastic element.
Lambda non positive for plastic point
Error in elPlastic element.
Lambda non positive for plastic point
Last time step is not converged."
