inverted mesh element problem in structure mechanics (Models with high contact deformation)

i can't solve this problem

my model is soft material contact with sharph tip.

automatic remeshing option seems don't allowed in structure mechanics

i saw example that use this option only fluid mechanics

how can i fix it
