Looking for tutorials that explain how to create natural convection simulations

Hi,

I've found the following paper called: "Optimal design of a natural convection heat sink for small thermoelectric cooling modules" from Mark Baldry. In section 4 it highlights the numerical model used to simulate the structures. I would like to know if there is any tutorial available that makes step-by-step display on how to create such type of simulation. I've the section 4 of the paper attached here to display it.
