Modelling a memristor using comsol

Hello All,

I was thinking about designing and modelling a memristive device using COMSOL. I believe it is possible to be done using semiconducting module. Unfortunately I cannot find any useful source online. It is greatlly appreciated if you can give me some hint or an example showing me how and where to start. Thank you
