Flow on porous surface

Hi, I am trying to simulate 2D capillay based flow of water on porous substrate through upward wicking of fluid on porous material. How can I define the pressure at liquid front (capillary pressure - rhog_consth). Here, h is height travel by liquid which is changing continuously as fluid moves upward.
