deformation of a dielectric

Hello everybody,
Am trying to simulate the deformation of a material with the application of electric potential.Which physics should i choose?

Hi

I would suggest "electromechanics" if you have the MEMS module, a combination of ALE, ES and Solid if not. EC or ES depends on your way to look at the model
