Silicon Hall devices simulations

Hi all,

I'm new to COMSOL and i want to understand if it's possible simulate the behavior of a silicon Hall device while a sinusoidal Magnetic field is acting on it. My final goal is to plot the frequency response of the device.

Is this possible with Comsol?
Are there any tutorials that can help me to understand how to build this model?
