ERROR IN SIMULATION

Hi

I am getting the following error:

"Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative error (71) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged."

Can someone please tell me why I am getting this error and help me in this regard?
