Poisson-Schrodinger self-consistent equation

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all, i am very new to comsol software and i have some doubts on coupling the Schrodinger-Poisson equations.
I am trying to compute the Schrodinger physics in the model builder (comsol 5.0) as explained in the 4.3 user guide ( so with little changes).

Than my question is, if my Schrodinger physics will work, how can i couple it qith the poisson physics implemented in the semiconductor module?

I mean, the schrodinger potential and the poisson one must be the same, and so for the electronic density which will be the classical semiconducotrs one plus the density of charge coming from quantum mechanical effects.

Hoping to receive answers,

best regards,
Mattia
