Moving Wall Boundary Condition

I am trying to model a moving wall which is inclined. I know I have to enter the velocity components in Laminar Flow --> wall --> moving wall. My question is that if the velocity components should be in respect to global coordinate or with respect to the wall (perpendicular and tangential to the wall).
